1. Controller
GapIT Consulting processes data submitted through the contact form and the indicative estimate calculator in order to respond to the inquiry, provide the requested estimate and clarify the scope where needed.
2. Categories of data
The contact form may contain name, organization, email, phone, topic and free-text message content. The estimator may contain name, company, business email, phone and role/title, together with the selected estimate parameters — service, sector, organization size, locations, complexity, scope and optional elements. IP address is used technically for abuse prevention; it is not stored as part of the commercial estimate lead record.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The data is used to process the inquiry, calculate and send the requested indicative estimate and communicate further in relation to the submitted request. Marketing communications are sent only where separate optional consent has been provided.
4. Recipients
The data is sent to the configured business email address of GapIT Consulting through an SMTP/transactional email service. When the estimator is used, a copy of the estimate may also be sent to the email address provided by the requester. The estimate request may be stored in a protected internal record on the hosting environment and is not published on the website.
5. Retention period
Inquiries are retained for the period necessary to process the communication and for subsequent accountability. The specific retention period should be defined in the controller's internal policy.
6. Data subject rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection regarding the processing of your personal data where the respective legal conditions apply.
